1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SendArro. By accessing our website, uploading files, or downloading files, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

SendArro provides a browser-based, account-free digital file transfer utility. The platform enables a sender to upload one or more files to temporary server storage, obtain a unique six-digit code, and share that code with a recipient who can download the files within a limited 10-minute window.

3. No Account Creation & Code Responsibility

SendArro does not require account registration, passwords, or personal identification to initiate or retrieve transfers. As a consequence:

• The generated six-digit alphanumeric code acts as the exclusive retrieval authorization key for the transfer.
• Anyone who holds or enters the valid six-digit code within the active expiration window can retrieve the file.
• You are solely responsible for transmitting the code securely to your intended recipient through trusted communication channels.
• SendArro is not responsible for unauthorized downloads resulting from misdirected, overheard, intercepted, or leaked transfer codes.

4. Service Limitations & Transfer Specifications

The service is subject to strict operational parameters:

• Upload Size Ceiling: A maximum total transfer size of up to 2 GB per transfer session.
• 10-Minute Expiry: All transfer codes and associated files expire automatically 10 minutes after upload completion.
• Single-Download Enforced: Files are permitted exactly one successful download. Upon download completion, the files are permanently deleted.
• Archive Bundling: Multiple files transferred together are packaged into a single ZIP archive for the recipient.
• No Backup or Archival Service: SendArro is a transit conduit, not a storage drive, file repository, or cloud backup. Always maintain your own independent copies.

5. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the files you transfer through SendArro. However, by uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess all necessary rights, titles, permissions, and licenses to upload, distribute, and transmit the content.
• The files do not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or proprietary right of any third party.
• The files comply in all respects with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You will maintain your own independent backup copies of any files before initiating a transfer.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the SendArro platform. Specifically, you must not:

• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, worms, viruses, or computer exploit payloads.
• Attempt to brute-force, guess, scan, or reverse-engineer active six-digit transfer codes.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent upload size limits, download counters, rate limits, or IP restrictions.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or scripts to flood or degrade platform availability.
• Utilize SendArro as a content delivery network (CDN) or direct-linking media hosting provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The SendArro website, design system, layout, logos, source code, typography, and distinctive branding features are the exclusive property of SendArro and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any platform component without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The website may feature advertisements supplied by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) or links to external websites. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for third-party advertisements, products, services, or website content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SendArro is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that file transfers will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or immune from hardware or network failure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendArro, its operators, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, corrupted files, interrupted business, loss of revenue, or failed file delivery, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Service Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to alter, enhance, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to delete any file or block any IP address found or suspected to violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SendArro after revisions are posted constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
