1. Purpose & Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of SendArro. Our goal is to maintain a fast, reliable, safe, and respectful file transfer platform for all users.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content
You may not upload, transmit, distribute, link to, or store any file or material that contains or facilitates:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. Any detected or reported CSAM will be deleted immediately and reported without exception to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Malware & Exploits: Computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, keyloggers, rootkits, spyware, backdoors, phishing payloads, or malicious scripts.
- Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Pirated software, unlicensed copyrighted movies, music, textbooks, commercial software cracks, or stolen trade secrets.

- Non-Consensual Imagery & Harassment: Non-consensual intimate imagery, stalking material, blackmail, extortion files, or defamatory attacks.
- Fraud & Stolen Data: Credit card dumps, leaked identity credentials, passwords, social security databases, or deceptive phishing lures.
4. Security Violations & Platform Abuse
You must not engage in any activity that compromises or threatens the security and stability of SendArro. Prohibited activities include:

5. Fair Usage & Bandwidth Rules
While SendArro is free to use, platform resources are shared. Users must not generate excessive, automated, or continuous file traffic that monopolizes server bandwidth, CPU, or storage to the detriment of other users. We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit abusive IP addresses.

If you encounter or receive a file transferred through SendArro that violates this policy, please report it immediately:
- Visit our Contact Us page.
- Select “Abuse Report” or note abuse in the subject line.
- Provide the six-digit transfer code (if available), the file name, and a description of the violation.
7. Enforcement & Sanctions
SendArro investigates reported violations promptly and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Immediately delete and purge any violating or suspected file without notice.
- Temporarily or permanently block offending IP addresses or network ranges.
- Preserve necessary server connection telemetry for evidence.
- Cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement agencies, cybercrime units, and hosting providers.
